This Yosemite trip I´ve been focused more on nighttime photography then I ever have, and its been so much fun! I´ve spent several nights out shooting till 3 in the morning, taking advantage of a short window of time each month where the moon is big enough to light up the cliffs, but not so big as to blow out the stars. One highlight was being out one night when the moon was setting and watching it cast a moonlit alpenglow on Bridalveil Falls. It actually cast a warm glow just like the sun does when it gets low on the horizon! Soooooo beautiful. Do you have any favorites? I´d love to hear from you, and please vote for your favorites!
