Last night and this morning I went up the south fork of Bishop Creek to photograph fall colors. They´re really kicking in the upper reaches of the canyon, and are just gorgeous. There were lots of photographers out, all enjoying this special time of year. I´m going to shoot an engagement shoot up there tomorrow morning, so it was nice to scope for some nice spots while capturing images of one of nature´s most beautiful spectacles. The next few weeks should be amazing, and I´m really excited to get out as much as I can, so check back soon for lots of fall color photos.
If You´d like to buy prints or digital downloads of any if these images, you may do so here. Thanks for your support!

Sarah Hodzic: Wow Shawn, I can't believe you already have so much fall color! I LOVE the birch trees, they are some of my all time favorite trees. That one image is very Ansel Adams... love it!
